INFRALESS AI Studio ("INFRALESS", "we", "us") provides a visual studio for building and deploying agentic AI solutions on Amazon Web Services. This policy explains how we handle personal information, including under the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you provide, such as your work email when joining early access.
Account and usage information when you use the studio.
Technical data such as browser type, device and IP address.

3. Your AWS data stays in your account

Agents and infrastructure you build are deployed into your own AWS account. We do not store your agent prompts, knowledge bases or runtime data unless you explicitly share them with us for support.

4. How we use information

To provide, operate and improve the service.
To contact you about early access, onboarding and product updates.
To keep the service secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run INFRALESS (for example hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

6. Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with industry-standard safeguards.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from communications at any time, by contacting us.
