Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using INFRALESS AI Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Early access
Early-access features are provided "as is", may change or be discontinued, and may not be suitable for production workloads.
3. Your AWS account
The Service deploys infrastructure into AWS accounts you connect. You are responsible for your AWS account, its permissions, security and all AWS charges incurred, including model usage on Amazon Bedrock.
4. Ownership of generated code
You own the Infrastructure-as-Code, agent configurations and outputs generated for you. We retain ownership of the Service, its software and boilerplates, and grant you a licence to use boilerplates within your generated projects.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful or abusive use, or use that violates AWS or model provider policies.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Fees
Paid plans, if any, will be billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. Infrastructure already deployed to your AWS account remains yours.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
